For homeowners in Flagler Estates who are selling their home themselves we have a special offer. You can sign-up as an Agent and create a single listing here for FREE for the listing service. This offer is valid ONLY for FE Residents who are a member in good standing at our Flagler Estates News portal.
 
In addition we will also give them access at our FE News portal to that sites Realty Classifieds and they will be able to also post the listing at the portal site as well included in the price.
 
This offer extends to Flagler Estates, Hastings, Armstrong, and Elkton as our FE Portal also allows participation as a member to those areas as well. By Member in good standing we mean a member who is actively participating in adding content within the FE News Portal.
 
Content may include such as the member adding Recipes, Forum postings, adding Classifieds, or are an Article Columnist or forum moderator at the FE news portal site.
Our Normal price for our realty listings services are such as below:

  • 5 Listings which run for 6 months each $60.00 (Good option for Realtors, Property Managers)
  • 1 featured listing which runs for 6 months $60.00 (Featured listings are RSS Enabled and do better)
  • 1 Sale by owner or rental type listing which runs for 6 months $20.00 (Good option for a homeowner)

 

Although you CAN sign up as an Agent here by default, any listings you may create as an agent will be subject to Removal until we have either been paid for the service, or have authorized a FREE listing per the above.
 
Agents as well as any Listings NOT authorized by us after 14 days are all REMOVED!
 
To PAY for your services with us we only use PayPal for paying for this service. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay us for this service. Any confidential information you use for payment is handled by PayPal itself and not by us here.
 
We never see your bank information, or your Credit Card information at any time as PayPal handles 100% of the entire payment services.
 
When reviewing your Bank or CC Statement after Payment to use for this service it will reflect payment made to Fecn News. That is because well - We are Fecn News. Go to our Florida Realty Listings Payment Page and Options Page to PAY for listings here.
