Please do not ask us questions about how much your property is worth, or how much property is selling for in a particular area. To find out the VALUE of a property, you should contact the county appraisers office where the property is located within. I have heard local area sellers tell me they simply go by what their insurance company has recently appraised their property as being worth and insured up to. This may or may NOT WORK as a realistic value to try to sell your property for. 

The bottom line is that the BUYERS Lending institution WILL require a late date COUNTY Approved Appraisers opinion on the value of your property before they will lend the buyer any money on the property ! This value MAY be more, or less than what your insurance company feels your property is worth - Bear this in mind !
We accept home owner type listings such as FSBO (for sale by owner), RTO (Rent to own), Rentals, commercial property, and Land for sale as offered by the HOME OWNER, AND regular Realtor listings as offered by licensed Realtors!  We allow Homes for sale commercial property listings, Land for sale, Rental Properties available, and can add more based upon our membership requests.. 

We accept Home Owner type listings - Realtor Listings from the following Florida Counties:
 
Nassau, Alachua, Duval, Baker, Union, St Johns, Clay, Bradford, Putnam, Flagler, and Marion counties.  We allow the inclusion of sale by owner, rent to own, Rental listings, Condos, Time Shares, and land for sale within these county areas and cities located within these county areas of Florida.
 
Cities within these Florida counties include but not limited to:
 
Alachua, Amelia Island, Archer, Atlantic Beach, Baldwin, Belleview, Boulogne, Bridgeport, Bunnell, Callahan, Crescent Beach, Crescent City, Dunnellon, Elkton, Fernandina Beach, Flagler Beach, Florahome, Gainesville, Green Cove Springs, Hastings, Hawthorne, Hillard, Interlachen, Island Grove, Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Keystone Heights, Kingsley, Lake Butler, MacClenny, Micano, Ocala, Orange Park, Palm Coast, Palatka, Pomona Park, Ponte Vedra Beach, Reddick, Salt Springs, San Mateo, Satsuma, Silver Springs, St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Starke, Waldo, Welatka and Yulee, Florida.
 

We have 2 listing service plans
 

  • GOLD Listings Plan:  5 listings allowed - This plan is a DIY type plan. It allows you to include up to 5 photos and 1 Virtual Tour per listing. This service is a semi annual service plan which starts at $60.00 for 5 listings for 6 months. Each Additional listing (such as Realtors may wish to include) will need to purchase an additional lot of 5 .

    This is the Best choice for Realtors, Brokers, Property Managers to select.
  • Home Owner type Listing: 1 listing which includes up to 5 photos, and 1 virtual tour. Cost is $20.00 per a 6 month listing of that property.

    This is the Best choice for the Home Owner who is interested in listing their own property.

    Any listing which wishes to be displayed as one of our Featured Listings will incur an additional cost of $10.00 per month as this is an additional service. Since your listing will run for 6 months you will need to purchase any Featured Listings for the 6 month duration.
     
    Featured listings are RSS Enabled which simply means it is EASY for others to include the featured listings feeds at this service within Their own websites Code you can Embed in Your Site
     
     
When you create a listing HERE if your property is located in Jacksonville, Flagler Estates, Hastings, Palatka, Palm Coast, St Augustine or areas within 15 miles of such either way, you can also get a listing included in our price at whichever news portal below your listings qualify to be included within.
 
You MUST be a member of the portal below in good standing and ACTIVE at the site to qualify for this additional placement service (which is normally by itself a $40.00 value on its own)...
