Our Normal price for our realty listings
services are such as below:
- 5 Listings which run for 6 months each $60.00 (Good option for Realtors, Brokers, Property Managers)
- 1 featured listing which runs for 6 months $60.00 (Featured Listings are RSS Enabled and get MORE exposure)
- 1 Sale by owner or rental type listing which runs for
6 months $20.00 (Good option for the Home Owner selling their property)
The prices in our PayPal payment options at the bottom
of this page reflect services at florida-realty-listings ONLY for
listings YOU create yourself!
IF you wish us to also add
your listing to ANY of the portal sites as shown in our list below the
price for that service is double! Just select your payment option
below and add a 2 instead of 1 at checkout time and we will add your
new listings for you at the appropriate portal site as listed below for
you.
In other words: IF you just wish to create a single sale by
owner type listing within this site, it will cost you $20.00 for 6
months display time for your listing.. IF you wish to create your
listing here at this site as WELL as having it added to one of the
portal sites as listed below the cost will be $40.00 for 6 months
display time at BOTH SITES.. (best deal)..
WE will pick which portal site your ad also displays upon based on your properties location!
Although you CAN sign up as an Agent here by default,
any listings you may create as an agent will NOT DISPLAY until we have
either been paid for the service, or have authorized a FREE listing for your account.
Agents as well as any Listings NOT authorized by us for a FREE Listing, or PAID FOR after 14 days are
all REMOVED!
To PAY for your services with us we only use PayPal for paying for this
service. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay us for this
service. Any confidential information you use for payment is handled by
PayPal itself and not by us here.
We never see your bank information, or your Credit Card information at
any time as PayPal handles 100% of the entire payment services.
When reviewing your Bank or CC Statement after Payment to use for this
service it will reflect payment made to Fecn News.
