Florida Realty Listings

Florida realty listings offers an easy to use full featured Florida real estate listings service which is easy to search for homes for sale, land or lots for sale, Commercial Properties, or Rental Properties as listed by the homeowner or owner of the property.
 
Rent to own (RTO) for sale by owner (FSBO) are typical realty listings you will find within this system. We also DO allow for regular Realtor listings within our covered areas of Florida as indicated below.

We feature listings in the Nassau, Duval, Baker, Union, Bradford, Alachua, Marion, St. Johns, Putnam, Clay, and Flagler County areas of Florida.

In addition we have opened this service up to also allow for listings within the Ashkum, Buckingham, Cabery, Campus, Chatsworth, Chenoa, Cullom, Emington, Fairbury, Forrest, Gilman, Herscher, Kempton, Odell, Piper City, Pontiac, and Saunemin Illinois areas as well.

For far less than the cost of a typical 3 day ad in your papers Classifieds section, we can list your property for a full six months complete with photos, virtual tours, full page printer friendly printouts, and you will even have your own web page address of your listing which allows you to advertise your listing at many other online Classifieds sites and others. 
 
Because we have added a Special Field to the system (Agents User ID) this makes it EASY for anyone with multiple listings (Brokers, Realtors, Property Managers, etc) to include a simple LINK at their website which when clicked on will take a viewer to a complete listing of ALL their listings as placed herein.

When you create a listing HERE if your property is located in Jacksonville, Flagler Estates, Hastings, Palatka, Palm Coast, St Augustine or areas within 15 miles of such either way, you may wish to consider having it added to one of the following sites:

If you have created a listing in our covered Illinios areas, you may also wish to have it included at one of our portal site as well for the best overall effectiveness we offer.

(only for home owners selling their own property). You will need to contact me to see if you qualify for a Free Listing at this service. In ALL CASES in order to get your realty listing also listed at one or more of the above portal sites, you MUST first have your listing added here at Florida-Realty-Listings!


We allow property owners/Realtors to add up to 6 photos, and one virtual tour per listing!

Property Sellers (either a Realtor, Property Manager, or private seller) are referred to as Agents. We allow for New (Agents) to sign up as an Agent which would then allow them the ability to place realty listings in this service. 
 
When ADDING a listing to this service it is as easy as filling in the blanks it is just that easy
ALL listings made within will automatically include without any intervention on the listers part

  • Mortgage Calculator link for users to calculate monthly mortgage
  • Printer Friendly print outs link (which YOU TOO can use to display on local bulletin boards)
  • View Map link allows viewers to view a Map and directions to your property listing

  • Neighborhood Profile link to allow viewers to find out about jobs, average wages in the area , etc
  • Email Listing to a friend link allows viewers to SEND your listings to friends of theirs

How to Add Your Listings
Special Offer for Flagler Estates and other Home Sellers

To Sign Up as an Agent click on the Agent Signup link to the left of the page. When signing up as an Agent, in the Username field PLEASE use Your First name initial, Middle I, and your last name initial followed by the last four digits of your phone number.
 
My name is John E Hogan and my number is: 386-329-1962 so in that field I would enter such as: jeh1962 . Very easy process to follow so please do so. NOT following this protocol ONLY will get your new account removed without notices!
 
New Agent Sign Ups WILL receive an Email which contains a LINK you MUST click on to finalize your account so be sure to use a Real and working email account when you sign up here. Once you have clicked on the Activation Link in your email, you will be able to place a Single Listing RIGHT AWAY.
 
New Agents who have signed up and have not yet paid our listing service fee WILL be removed after 14 days without notices! IF you have actually Added a new listing as an Agent if you have not PAID for the use of this service it too WILL be removed along with your account after 14 days! If we have sent you an Email telling you your listing is FREE, you need not worry about paying for the listing :)
 
Also by default when you sign up as a selling agent, you WILL be able to add a single Featured List listing of a single Property you have listed. IF you use this, you have to pay for it or the listing WILL be Removed.. It is an additional $60.00 per 6 month cost to add any listing to our Featured Listings List...
 
Once you are an agent here and have a listing completed, if you wish to Feature it as having an open house at some point you have the ability to do so from your account when logged in. Please REMOVE the open house when it is over of course. Adding an Open House to one or more of your listings here does NOT incur any additional cost to you as a Lister Agent..
